Refund Policy for WordPress Development Services
Thank you for choosing me for your WordPress development project! I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so this policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds.
This policy applies specifically to WordPress development services offered on this website.
Revisions:
I am committed to your satisfaction and offer five revisions on each project to ensure it meets your expectations. Revisions should be based on the originally agreed-upon project scope and communicated clearly.
Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of WordPress development, refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
- Project Not Started: If the project has not yet begun and you request a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
- Mutual Agreement: In the rare case that we both agree the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the scope of the project (e.g., server issues outside my control), a partial refund may be issued based on the work demonstrably completed.
- Note: Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your request to process your return or exchange.
No Refunds:
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Project Started: Once work on the project has begun, no full refunds will be offered. However, I am committed to completing the project as outlined in the agreed-upon scope.
- Revision Limit Exceeded: Refunds will not be available after the five revisions have been used.
- Scope Creep: Changes requested outside the originally agreed-upon project scope may result in additional fees. This includes, but is not limited to, adding new functionalities, layouts, or content that were not included in the initial project proposal.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute regarding the return or refund policy, I will work collaboratively to find a fair resolution based on the terms of this agreement.
